Humor Book Now Available for Sale at Publisher's Website

Orange County, CA March 5, 2007 -- Michael Wiederman's humor book, My Journey up and then back Down the Corporate Stepladder…An Underachiever's Guide to Mediocrity. And Other Observations That Will Probably Get Me Sued, Disowned, or Shot at Close Range While Attempting to Enter an Oriental Massage Parlor, is now available for purchase.

"It is available at the www.xlibris.com website and will soon also be for sale at www.amazon.com and www.barnesandnoble.com in addition to several other online book sellers," Wiederman recently confirmed.

He continued, "Because the book was self published and not printed or distributed through traditional means, it's more difficult to get it out there to the public so I hope to make it available to as many people as possible. This includes hopefully having it stocked at some brick and mortar bookstores in Southern California."

The book was published through Xlibris, a self publishing company out of Philadelphia, PA. In addition to making it available through the above mentioned Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com websites, they will also assist Wiederman in marketing the finished product through other methods including book signings and speaking engagements.

My Journey up and then back Down the Corporate Stepladder… is a humorous and satirical slant on Wiederman's experiences chronicling his stints within different corporate environments in addition to his extensive searches for steady employment. It also covers other such topics as religious, racial and gender insensitivities and how those affect us as a society.
